For over ten years, Ashlie Stapleton, Chief Administrative Officer at Main Street Technical Services, has been a driving force behind the company’s operational and HR excellence. From creating an entire HR department to streamlining administrative processes, her leadership has been instrumental in shaping the company’s success.

A Journey from HR Management to Executive Leadership
Before joining Main Street, Ashlie worked as an Administrative Assistant and HR Manager collaborating closely with C-suite executives, HR, and finance teams.
When Main Street was hiring for similar job functions in 2015, we recognized her exceptional skills and she brought her expertise to Main Street, which was a growing company then.
Starting with HR and administrative tasks, Ashlie quickly expanded her role, taking on financial responsibilities, contract management, and employee onboarding. Over the years, she has built a strong foundation of organization, leadership, and process improvements, making her an invaluable asset to the Main Street team.
Employee Spotlight: Key Contributions and Achievements
One of Ashlie’s proudest accomplishments is establishing Main Street’s HR department from the ground up. She developed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), implemented feedback systems, and introduced automation to streamline essential HR processes.
Her leadership has driven significant improvements in:
Employee Benefits: Led the expansion of benefits, including additional life insurance coverage.
Payroll and PTO Systems: Transitioned payroll to a new platform and introduced a PTO tracking system.
Onboarding and Training: Launched an automated onboarding system with interactive presentations.
Annual Review Automation: Built a system to streamline employee performance, payroll, and PTO reviews.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Training: Developed comprehensive training programs to enhance workplace culture.
Ashlie has also played a crucial role in implementing Halo, a client portal, further strengthening internal and external business operations.
Commitment to Continuous Learning and Development
To stay ahead in HR and administration, Ashlie remains an active member of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) and continuously monitors state-by-state employment regulations to ensure compliance. She recently completed the prestigious Wharton Executive CHR Program, joining an elite network of HR professionals and business leaders.
Beyond the Office: Passion for Family, Sports, and Community
Outside of work, Ashlie enjoys spending time with her husband and children, attending FC Cincinnati soccer games, and staying active. She also runs a local youth soccer league, combining her passion for leadership with her love for sports. When she’s not on the field, she enjoys baking chocolate chip cookies, reading thrillers, and listening to true crime podcasts.
Looking to the Future
Ashlie’s vision for the next few years includes expanding Main Street’s administration and HR operations by enhancing financial management processes and bringing in additional support to improve efficiency. With her leadership, the company continues to grow, ensuring employees have the resources and structure needed for success.
