By 1999, Raul had rapidly ascended through the ranks of top-tier consulting firms, such as Andersen and PwC, earning him a notable position as one of their youngest Senior Consultants. This impressive career milestone marked an early testament to his exceptional leadership and technical prowess.

Raul embarked on a new journey at Fox Television Stations, where he took on the role of Systems Architect. This marked a significant departure from the financial services sector, allowing him to expand his expertise beyond this domain. After seven years of success in this position, Raul re-entered the consulting space.

As a seasoned expert, Raul has since leveraged his technical acumen to deliver large-scale ERP implementations and upgrades across diverse industries. Additionally, he successfully led an offshore development team as a product manager for an AI system monitoring tool. Utilizing agile scrum methodologies, he played a crucial role in refining and improving the product offering.

In 2022, Raul brought his diverse expertise to Main Street Technical Services as a Senior Solutions Architect, and his impact was immediate.

As a Senior Solutions Architect, Raul oversees full ERP system lifecycles—from implementation and performance optimization to secure system integrations and documentation. His ability to translate complex business needs into scalable, secure solutions sets him apart. He’s a hands-on architect who doesn’t just lead projects—he transforms them.

One standout moment? Raul was brought in to help a pharmaceutical firm facing severe system outages following the departure of a key integration expert. With calm precision, he assessed the issues, led the implementation of corrective strategies using REST APIs, SOAP, XML, and JSON models as well as SQL stored proceduresprotocols, and restored operations. His agile project leadership and deep technical skillset ensured a smooth recovery and lasting performance improvements.

Mentorship, AI Innovation, and the Launch of “Arti”

Currently pursuing certification in IBM Certified watsonx Generative AI Engineering. Raul is laying the groundwork to build a robust LLM practice within the company, complete with custom implementations, prompt engineering, and thought leadership to position Main Street at the forefront of enterprise AI.
